Municipal Storm Water
Condor has expanded storm water expertise and services over the last decade while providing support to multiple public agencies. Condor currently provides services to the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department (City) and County of San Joaquin (County). Current National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit requirements for the City and County include monitoring of the waterways within the Stockton Urbanized Area for low dissolved oxygen, pathogens, sediment toxicity, pesticides, and other water quality parameters. Condor also assists with evaluation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) designed to limit the discharge of pollutants to waterways.

Industrial Storm Water
Condor offers storm water services to assist several Industrial Facility clients to maintain compliance with the NPDES General Permit No. CAS000001 for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities. Our services include preparing SWPPPs, conducting storm water sampling and analyses, performing annual comprehensive site compliance evaluations, providing recommendations on use of more effective BMPs, and preparing Annual Storm Water Reports. Condor assists Industrial Facility clients with storm water pollution prevention. Our highly qualified engineering and environmental staff effectively team to provide SWPPPs consistent with storm water discharge permit requirements. Effectively implemented and updated as conditions change, SWPPPs and the BMPs defined in these plans limit pollutant discharge to storm water and maintain client compliance with permit requirements. When required, Condor provides effluent sampling during storm events or dry weather events with supporting laboratory analyses. If target effluent constituents are found above permitted levels, we assist our clients with BMP modification recommendations.
