Change or Reset your Condor Password

There are two methods to use for changing or resetting your password. Remote and office workers can use the self-servce password reset option at: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Or office workers can change their password on their workstation (remote workers can do the same over VPN).

1. After you’re logged into your workstation press the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys at the same time. This brings up a menu with several options.
2. Select the option to Change a password…

3. Enter your current password into the Old password field. Enter a new password into the New password field and then confirm your new password in the Confirm password field ***See NOTE below. Click on the Blue arrow to confirm your change.

***NOTE:Several rules must be followed when selecting a password:

• Passwords must 12 or more characters
• Passwords must contain a combination of upper and lower case letters
• Passwords must contain at least one number or symbol
• Passwords must not contain your username
• Password must not be the same as any previous password
• Passwords expire after 180 days
