Ron Skaggs

As a Civil and Geotechnical Engineer, Mr. Skaggs’ experience includes a broad range of geotechnical design and construction projects, construction management, construction quality control, waste characterization and containment design, storm water BMP systems, and design and construction of groundwater recovery systems. Mr. Skaggs also specializes in pavement rehabilitation using full depth reclamation (FDR) pavement recycling.
