Mr. Becker serves as the Compliance Services Manager and Senior Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist for Condor. As a Senior PSM Specialist, Mr. Becker’s experience includes a broad range of industrial processes involving highly hazard substances and developing and implementing compliance programs under the California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) Program, Risk Management Program (RMP) and PSM. He supports a variety of clients across a range of programs relating to hazardous materials management and industrial compliance.
